Sakura Healing Oasis Terms of Use
These terms and conditions stipulate the terms and conditions that apply between you and Sakura Healing Oasis (hereinafter referred to as “our shop”) when you use the relaxation services (hereinafter referred to as “this service”). Customers who use this service are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Article 1: Service Contents
- This service is intended for mental and physical relaxation and does not constitute medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic procedures.
- We do not guarantee that the service will improve your physical or mental condition.
- You shall use this service at your own choice and risk.
Article 2: Cases when use is refused
If we determine that you fall under any of the following categories, we reserve the right to refuse or suspend your use of our services.
- If you have been prohibited by a doctor from receiving massage treatments, etc.
- If you have consumed alcohol or are deemed to be in a state of intoxication
- If you have an infectious disease, skin disease, or other contagious disease
- If you have a fever, severe fatigue, or are in very poor health
- If you have a fracture, dislocation, sprain, pulled muscle, or other injury
- If you are pregnant or may be pregnant and we determine that treatment is inappropriate
- If you have had a serious illness in the past, are currently receiving medical treatment, or are taking medication, and have not notified us before the treatment, we determine that treatment is inappropriate
- If you are identified as a member of a criminal organization or other anti-social forces
- If you cause or are likely to cause inconvenience to other customers or staff of our store or affiliated stores, etc.
- If you intentionally damage the facilities, equipment, or fixtures of our store or affiliated stores, etc.
- If we otherwise determine that it is inappropriate to provide you with this service
Article 3: Disclaimer
- We shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, or other damages incurred by the customer while using this service, unless such damages are caused by our or our affiliated stores’ willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- We shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of the customer’s failure to accurately report his or her health condition, medical history, medication status, etc.
- We shall not be liable for any failure to provide this service due to earthquakes, fires, other natural disasters, or acts of God.
- We shall not be liable for any theft, loss, damage, etc. of the customer’s personal belongings, unless such damages are caused by our or our affiliated stores’ willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 4: Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservations can only be made via the specified application method.
- If you are going to be late for your reservation, please be sure to contact the store in advance. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, your reservation may be canceled.
- To cancel or change your reservation, please follow the instructions in the email sent after making the reservation.
Article 5: Handling of Personal Information
Our store or affiliated stores will properly manage personal information entrusted to us by customers in accordance with our privacy policy.
Article 6: Other
- Any matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by the laws, regulations and general practice of Japan.
- If any doubts arise regarding these Terms or their interpretation, the matter shall be resolved through good faith discussions between the customer and our store or affiliated store.
- These Terms may be changed at our discretion without prior notice to the customer. The changed Terms shall come into effect from the time they are posted on our website.
